Service?  Easy word to say - difficult thing to do.  Most contracting companies wouldn’t know what good service was even if it followed them around day & night saying, “You OK?  You OK?  Any problems?  You want me to do that for you?”  True service offers proactive suggestions, never gets complacent, & is always available when you need it.  Service spends its time with its shoe covers on foot and in continual training.  Service isn’t understood by its competition, which is ironic as service is defined by the lack of service offered by said competition.  But there again no-one said service was going to have an easy life...

...but at least it’s loved by its clients.
