"The technician you sent to my house which I believe was Kevin was very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took time to point out my problem and the different options to correct the problem. He explained everything thoroughly, not pushy, and allowed me to make my own decision. I was so pleased with his work on repairing my sink that I asked him to do a quote on my hot water heater. I decided to replace it and he returned the next day to install a new hot water heater and pointed out where my main water shutoff valve was (I did not think I had one except for the main shutoff at the meter by the curb outside). He installed a new shutoff valve with a better one and one that I can reach. I was very pleased with all his work and found him to be very competent. I would not hesitate to recommend him and your company to friends and family. Thank you very much."
